8800gtx not working!

Hi my 8800gtx is not working! i have done all xfx tech support in Uk has asked of me to no avail the ticket i have is on going for the past week.
How long does it take before i can r.m.a ? while the tech support is friendly, i feel like i am am going around in circles to be honest.

This is the second 8800gtx i have had first one died after a month this one has lasted just over a year.

I really want to get playing Age of Conan again before my friends get to far ahead of me.

Please post your full system specs, your ticket number, and the problem of your video card.
So we can assist you just incase the video card is just having some minor errors.

I am using 700w silverstone psu with dual pcie lines also tried 8800gtx in my friends setup same problem.

Are you able to exchange it at your retailer? If not make sure you post that in your ticket as well. Also you may want to have the rest of your system checked it could be two cards having issues, but it could also be something in your system causing issues.

Reseller would not support and this card was supplied by xfx anyway to replace a previous 8800gtx that lasted a month.
It is the card i am sure has failed i have done numerous tests.And on other pc setups.
