Hello;

i´m new here, i´m spanish, and i´m having problems with my XFX Geforce 8800 GTX extreme 768DDR3 card, a few days ago while i was playing to The Witcher, the graphic card crash, and now don´t work, when you turn on the computer, the screens shows lines and squares and it´s impossible to see nothing.

I want to ask about the ticket system, yesterday i open a ticket in xfx page (Ticket number: 163408), but i don´t know how long takes to give me an answer.

I bought the card by internet a year ago for a friend, and 7 days ago he gives me the card, and works perfect until 3 days ago.

I want to ask you, how works the Support of XfX?.

I would start a support ticket at www.xfxforce.com and then let us know the ticket number so we can help get this resolved.

Hello;

That is my ticket number: 163408.

Today i have a reply in my ticket, are asking me about the serial number. Now i´m out of my home, and i don´t have the number, i can give that number the next monday (with luck tomorrow).

I send the original register number of the card (i register it for a friend a year ago), may be that there is the serial number: the reg id is: REG-6DA21CE6-20070319 (i write it in my pda, i think that with this number xfx can check it).

But now i must wait until i arrive to my home for send the serial number, argghhhh (damm work).
