xfx790 irq_not_less

hi,

my system is:
xfx790 ultra (p04)
qx9770
ocz2000 sli ready
http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_pc3_16000_nvidia_sli_ready_edition
2x 9800gx2 (xfx) sli

my problems is:
when windows tried to load - system down to blue screen where error: irq_not_less_or_equal and on 15-20 times windows loaded - and if windows loaded - all worked 100% stable.

system worked on default settings - no overclocking - even ocz2000 worked on 1333mhz - because when i setup EPP mode in bios - only 2 beeeeeeeeeeeps and no more.

pls help- i not have any ideas.

Raise the voltage on the RAM to 1.9V. If that does not work you may have some bad RAM.
