Complaining like that gets nothing done, they just redid their whole website, some things might not work 100% atm, I am sure they are trying to fix it right now as you complain though. Why don't you try to PM a Tech to get what you need to get?

There are people working on all of this as we speak. It will be smoothed out soon. Any drivers you need are also available from nvidia.com. Your account isn't gone. The data is still there. The webadmins are working on it. I will be on for another 3 hours and you can PM me for anything that you would normally ask through the ticket system. If it refers to an actual ticket make sure you include your ticket number or the email address that it was registered to in the PM and I can access it.

Miker,

Look you little fking xfx fanboy. People are waiting on hundreds of dollars worth of RMA tickets that they longer have no access to because XFX doesn't know how to do website testing before making it live. Imagine you just submitted a 350 dollar motherboard to them, you get a notification that determined wether or not they are going to RMA it, and you can't see that information because some douche bag feels like changing up the site, and in the process deletes all of the active tickets.

There's a time you need to stop sucking XFX's shlong and admit this is just another one of their many f-ups.

Look, as a web designer I know things like this are 100% normal. XFX took the time and money (Probably 100k+) to get a new website. You really need to take it down a notch. Calling XFX and the web designers a "douche bag" for just trying to make your experience on their website better makes no sense; they didn't loss your tickets, they will me back up.

No matter how much you test a site things will break when you move it to the server.

Everyone should be able to get in now. I was able to log in to my older accounts the next morning. PM your email address so that we can look in to your account and so that I can email you the latest 780i BIOS?
