I have a xfx 790i motherboard with 4g of ddr3 patoriat memory. I have bios 5, and the bio is showing fsb of 1333 and 1600 memory; but when i check it from my desktop it only shows fsb of 333 and 800 memory.

Your system memory is DDR memory. DDR memory is capable of doing two operations per clock cycle. This doubles the bandwidth of the memory. DDR memory is always advertised at its effective clock which is its bandwidth and not its actual clock which would be half of its bandwidth. Your FSB is 333 but is always shown as its QDR rate which is four operations per clock cycle or 1333. What you are seeing is normal.
