Hello;
The past 6 of june i open a ticket in xfx web, for a problem with my xfx geforce 8800GTX 600M 768MB DDR :help:, that is not working (it shows squares and lines that don´t let me see the screen). My ticket number is: 163408. Well xfx answer me very fast (on 8 or 9 of june) and ask for my serial number, i was out of my home for work and i can´t send it until monday, and the past monday when i go to write my serial number the web was on major "lift-up", this morning the web let me to write the serial number: I1F043686, but not in my profile card, the only way was register a new card with the serial number, then i can do it. And don´t let me erase the old profile, when i try to enter the web shows me an error, and tell me to try again.
I´m a little desesperated, i´m without my fantastic graphic card since 6 of june (snif, snif).
Please help me, what can i do?.
