if you all are running firefox, i recommend using adblock plus with the filterset. it blocks almost all the ads that comes onto my browser aside from a few. it doesnt slow anything down and i havent had problems wiht it interfering with everyday browsing (although I may not be as hardcore like some of you...bjorn, cnn, espn, google homepage, betanews, etc.)

Thanks for the tips guys, I forgot about ad block plus, it rocks and I`m setting it up right now. You can block the page script by script, its a really great tool.

Sure is. FF3 was extremely sluggish and unresponsive then i installed adblock and wow the difference. It makes my slow internet "click boom" while torrenting. Thats impressive to me.
