Need help finding a place in LA tracking down scammer

Anyone live near Van Nuys, california. I don't want anyone going out of their way to find this place if its close just wondering if you can do me the favor of getting the address for me. Some bunk ebayer scammed my uncles girlfriends nephew. The place is called Lynn's cell phone shop but i think that may be fake also. I think i have the real name of the place and the name of the owner i can PM you if anyone can check it out for me.

Everything was fine until called about phone not working then suddenly stopped answering calls and emails. and from looking at the feedback its happened before. It was a broken phone just put inside a brand new housing doesn't work at all. Same thing has happened to a couple people to. From his feedback he looks fine but i have seen many people use there feedback and powerseller status as a shield because a negative doesn't really hurt them. I am just trying to find their address because for some reason its non existent.
