Any way to adjust fan speed on XFX 7900GT?

I have an XFX 7900GT in a secondary rig, however it has one issue; the fan is constantly at 100%, which is very noisy for a small cooler and blower. I have spun the fan in my hand (while the card was out of the machine of course) and the bearings seemed to be fine, though a little rough.

I have tried Rivatuner, and the option for adjusting fan speeds does not show up (it does for my 8800GT).

Is there any way of adjusting the fan speed? If the card needs a BIOS flash, that's fine I had done that many times.
