New build won't display

Specs:

XFX 780i
geforce 8800gts
4gb Corsair Dominator 1066
Intel e8400
10k rpm 150 gb raptor HDD

Just built this, power comes on, get FF from the digital display. However, I get a blue, orange and sometimes red LED at the top of the motherboard. Can't find any documentation for what these mean.

All fans are coming on, including vid card. HDD is spinning.

Hi the red led means there's a problem with the cpu try reseating it and make sure the heatsink and thermal paste is right

Alright, got it figured out. When I first booted the system, I did not have the red LED, then after reseating everything it showed up. I then reseated the CPU and pulled the CMOS battery for about 20 minutes. But them both back, booted it up and it ran fine.

Okay, but what does the ORANGE and YELLOW lights mean? They are on in my 780i and stuck at code 25.

The Amber and Yellow light only show power to different circuitry on the board. You should have a blue, yellow, and amber light on.

25 is shadowing video BIOS to system memory. So it is probably your video card or your system memory. Remove all of the memory from the system and try one stick at a time, moving it from one channel to the other and then moving on to the next stick. If it still does it than try another video card. Have you tried clearing CMOS on that board?
