Heres a guide i made myself for you. :icon_tiphat:

You can also check the little check box that says Apply fan settings on Windows startup and click save then apply to have that fan speed every time you boot windows.

If you have any other questions let us know. I am a big Riva Tuner fan myself (it might seem a bit confusing at first but once you get an understanding of the program it is great).

hello again.
using goliaths guide i was able to play around with my gfx cards fan speeds, worked great thanks again. when i fired up riva i got a warning that riva tuner has not been tested with the currently installed display driver, does that matter? other than play around with fan speeds is there other useful fuctions i can use riva for i was hoping to have a back ground temp display or does that depend on my motherboard? and once again thanks for being very friendly and helpful.

If your using beta drivers it will display that. Just ignore it.

No if you use Riva Tuner a lot you'll get used to the error message. It doesn't hurt anything and Riva still does it's job.

ATITool has a good GPU Chip temp monitor in it and so does CPUID HWMonitor (same people that make CPU-Z), then you can get a good quick and dirty look at the hardware on your GPU with GPU-Z.

Any time your OCing your GPU you should monitor temps and keep them down to say 75C ish or preferably lower. I get edgy when mine go over 70C.

I like to use beta drivers, but its up to you. Doesn't really matter on Riva tuner but it will improve performance in certain things.
