RMA Length?

I'm in the process with a RMA regarding a XFX 8800GTS Fatal1ty 320mb graphics card. At the moment I'm waiting to receive a reply from a technician to discuss the completion of the return. How long does it usually take to receive such a reply? Thank You

Did fedex make an error in their tracking service for my package? Today the tracking service said the package was on the vehicle for delivery. However, later today the tracking service said the package had just departed the fedex location. So is the package on its way to Houston?
