Vista sidebar

I think i may have taken it out when i slipstreamed SP1 into my copy but im not quite sure. Anybody know a way of checking this?

Check the \program files\windows sidebar\ directory to see if its there.

Well already been through all that. Ive come to the conclusion i must have taken it out during slipstream. Any way of putting it back in without wasting another disk?

I'm not sure you can, Vista Sidebar is not something that you can just download right from MS.com from what I can tell.

What happens if you go to your control panel and run "Windows Sidebar Properties"?

Its not there. When i search Windows Sidebar nothing comes up. Thats why ive concluded its not in the copy.

You could try downloading the H4xD version for XP.

Except i dont wanna use XP cause it has no DX10.
