I'm currently new to this website. I found it good though(To ask for help).

Well...I don't know how to start this...
First thing first...I'm not from North America.I'm from Singapore but I hope u guys can help me:)

I'm experiencing a "no signal" problem when i switch on my monitor. Everything was plug in properly, the fan was spinning and the led on the motherboard lit up...I don't know what seems to be the problem. Well I ran quite a low spec system but I'm planning to upgrade it in the near future.

Here are the specs:

Xfx 650i Ultra
Xpertvision9600gt 512mb Gddr3
512mb ddr2 533mhz RAM
Intel Pentium D 2.6ghz 805 processor
Casing..im not sure wad its call..but its one of the Digitalstorm (www.digitalstormonline.com)

Any help/tips would be very much appreciated.
This is the first xfx product I bought.
I havent create a ticket(?) at xfx because I'm quite new to it and does not understand much. Although I registered my product already.
N again I would appreciate any help/tips given :)

If this is a new build that isn't getting a display than there are a few steps you can start with.

Be sure that you used your case standoffs to elevate the board. Plug in both the 24 pin and 4/8 pin 12V plug by the CPU. Check your power supply to be sure it is set to the correct voltage, I believe Singapore is 230V.

If you don't get a display from that than your only option is to start swapping parts basically.

Try other memory, one stick at a time, in each slot to see if you have a bad stick or controller. Try a different video card or your card in another system. A 9600GT should take a 6 pin power connection so make sure that is plugged in. Try another power supply. Just because you get fans and lights DOES NOT mean that it is functional. If none of that works than remove the CPU heatsink and CPU and check to be sure that none of the socket pins got bent you put the CPU in. If none are bent and swapping parts didn't work than it is the board. In Singapore you would probably go through your retailer to get it replaced if it turned out to be the problem.

I believe in Asia the warranty is usually handled through the retailer. If they are unable to help you than you will have to use the online service at http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/Help/Support.aspx to get in touch with Asia Support.
