Thanks Slug. :icon_tiphat:

I very much like this PSU. Probably one of the finest I have ever used.

Great review!

I put one of these in my son's rig, which has two GTX280 in SLI, with absolutely no problems. Very quiet.

I'll definitely use this again in my new build.

Good idea: I'm looking for an excuse to build an X58 based rig......

Hmm...I am in the mids of purchasing one.
I have two in mind this one and the one from Coolermaster at 900W.

There are a few differences:
1 - Price for the Coolermaster is more money
2 - Length of the Corsair is bigger.
3 - The Corsair at high frequency tends to be real loud.

I am planning to build my next case with around 5 HDs'.

Not sure yet what to decide...but leaning more towards the Corsair for the price but not the length.

Bigger is better when it comes to PSUs.

What graphics card are you puttin in the rig?

And Miker is right, larger PSU's are generally better, because all the components aren't all cluttered together. When they are spread out, there is a decrease in temperature.
