Lol I could have told you it worked. Thats a good Steam download speed, I only usually get 1 Mb/s from their servers.

1MB/s is the normal speed for me too. I am guessing maybe they got more servers for L4D and the speeds are up.

Wow where do you live? Here in cali the highest I've seen was 1.7 and I'm also using comcast.

I got close to 3 a few days ago on filefront.com and I'm using Comcast too.

I tried this download manager named "Internet Download Manager" A.K.A IDM and it gives me a speed of 2.00mb/s everytime i download something. I'm pretty amazed that my 16mbps connection can be pulled the max.
