I watched a video on youtube.com (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=samsung+transparent+lcd&aq=f), all I can say is WOW! It is COOL! Read about it here (http://www.tweaktown.com/pressrelease/5284/samsung_becomes_the_world_s_first_in_mass_producti on_of_transparent_lcd_panels/index.html).
Now your TV can Really be a window to another world.
That's awesome! Those would be so useful. It'll be like living in the movies with data displayed on our mirrors in the morning while we shave. :)

I wonder how many TV Shows will have these in there sets as soon as they go on sell.
Cool Idea...Use a Transparent LCD Panel for a side window in your PC Case, It could double as a secondary monitor! Imagine animated "window etching", and every other cool idea you can dream up!

Not sure about Gaming, I have not came across any info on that yet. I was also wondering if people on the other side can see the image.

WOW! This is AMAZING! I knew Samsung has already presented Notebook LCDs which are transparent but I didn't know they have been working on such big touch LCD transparent ones.
This is brilliant!

A touch screen feature would be nice. This will be great for interior design or landscaping.

primary use will be in business. the boss will have one in his office wall that allows him to use it to see what's going on in the outer office, and in the other areas of his plant at the same time. all while playing farmville by touch.....

Eh, still rather have my flying car before this. But it is a pretty neat idea. I like the idea of information like news, weather, how red my bank account it getting to be displayed on my bathroom mirror while I'm shaving and getting ready.

Can picture this as part of the new front windows on vehicles. Built in direction system that highlights the place you are going to and any people walking along the road at night.
