they used to require a high level of education, 2 Yrs collage at least. Now however i wonder if you even need a high school diploma. I spent all day waiting for a package yesterday, only to finally see the tracking page say that it couldn't be delivered due to a missing apt #. the thing is there are no apt#'s on my building. each unit has it's own street adress, which are visable from across the street. my nieghbor's door is about 1.5 ft from mine, and both have the address clearly labled on them. so if you look at the building at all you can see this. to top it off the addresses for the units on the side/back of this 4-plex are listed on the fascia above these doors, so there are 4 street addresses on this building visable from the street. all but 2 of the buildings on this street use this convention. why then did this idiot think there would be APT #'s? /rant

The sender more than likely entered the wrong address. UPS will simply ship the package to the address entered by the sender and if the address is incorrect, UPS will report what you see on your package's tracking page.

So, it's not UPS' fault for your package not being properly delivered.

they are stating that there was no apt# included. this doesn't supprize me because there is NO apt# in my address, or on my building anywhere, we have 4 seperate street addresses, like every other duplex, triplex, and quadplex in this neighborhood. their customer service read off my address just as it should have been, like it is for every piece of mail, and package i have ever gotten. and no it isn't UPS's fault, it was the idiot they hired. no other driver has done this, and we (my roomate and i) get a delivery every month or 2 from UPS or Fed-ex.

Just be glad DHL is dead delivering to the doorstep. They were the absolute worse thing that could happen to package. We has to many terrible experiences.

I prefer UPS over FedEx or USPS, but we all have different experiences.

over all UPS has been great.the woman that handed me my package, knew who it was before she even looked it up. this guy is used as a backup driver when someone calls in sick, and from the way she said his name i gotta figure this kinda crap happens whenever he takes a route for the day.

DHL only ships within the United States if the package comes from outside the country.

At least, that's what the DHL driver that comes to my work said. Every once in a while when we order "urgent inventory" from our factory in China, it usually comes DHL.

I never had a problem with UPS from all the years I ordered stuff. I never had a lost package and once I got my package in 2 days instead of 3 lol. I was very surprised and happy.

I've had good luck with both and they know if I'm not around or in bed when they get here either give it to my Mom, leave it on the back step or throw it on the front seat of the truck!
