With varieties of the GTX-5xx lineup appearing at an astonishing rate, we are glad to see the GIGABYTE GTX-560 OC in the lab and on the test bench.http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Reviews_at_Bjorn3D?d=yIl2AUoC8zA (http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Reviews_at_Bjorn3D?a=B2QcVI7vLcc:_qXs6uSEuUU:yIl2A UoC8zA) http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Reviews_at_Bjorn3D?i=B2QcVI7vLcc:_qXs6uSEuUU:V_sGL iPBpWU (http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Reviews_at_Bjorn3D?a=B2QcVI7vLcc:_qXs6uSEuUU:V_sGL iPBpWU) http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Reviews_at_Bjorn3D?d=qj6IDK7rITs (http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Reviews_at_Bjorn3D?a=B2QcVI7vLcc:_qXs6uSEuUU:qj6ID K7rITs) http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Reviews_at_Bjorn3D?i=B2QcVI7vLcc:_qXs6uSEuUU:gIN9v FwOqvQ (http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Reviews_at_Bjorn3D?a=B2QcVI7vLcc:_qXs6uSEuUU:gIN9v FwOqvQ)

Hey whats up with that! I think everyone here that folded and entered should get one. Or two. That would be a great review Gigabyte could give us each a card and we could report on our overclocks and folding ppd and temps and so on. I like the idea of mass reviews.

Looks like whoever wins is going to get a great card. Thanks for the review.

I was going over the review again (I usually skip from page 2 of the benchmarks to the end) and I found this

We went with GPU-Z to record Temperatures and FurMark to heat the card up, we didn't use a preset time in FurMark instead ran it until the card maximum temperature and been reached and leveled off for a couple of minutes. Lets face it FurMark is unrealistic in and foreseen case because no game or productive program is gong to drive a GPU at 98% utilization all the time anyway
So what is the F@H client? An un-productive program? it drives my GPU's at 98-99% all day except when changing WU's. so that's what, a ten second (maybe) break every hour and a 1/2? (mileage varies by card) I'd say that qualifies as 98% 24/7. If you truly feel running Furmark is unrealistic then run F@H instead. it will utilize the cores quite efficiently and give the team some more points. Besides i'd like to see PPD added to the benchmarks anyway at least at stock clocks. give those of us for whom that is a consideration something to go on. and we don't even need the list of other cards and what they did. Just one line and/or screenshot showing the PPD.

Well my 560Ti gets around 12k per day at stock clocks and top's out at 60C with no AC on during the day
but when the AC is at 78F it's usually at 50C
