Yeah it would be cool but one big gust of wind and that's all she wrote folks!
There's the one picture of a dirigible that comes to mind that some of you old fogeys (like me ) may remember of it standing on it's nose attached to a mooring mast in a windstorm.

I think todays tech could overcome alot of the problems they had back then.
