With the growing number of enthusiasts utilizing dual PSUs there has been a hole in the peripheral market. David Lorentzen decided to do something about that. Now with a slight nod to the great Monty Python, I'm going to tell you a short story. A short time ago I replaced a M/B in my system. The new board could handle 3 PCI-E Ghttp://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/NewsAtBjorn3dcom/~4/k6UKNujcfB4

At this point I have to test one of my PSUs. My folding client were crashing, my desktop was freezing up (not a system lock per se) and the cards running from the 2nd PSU were acting oddly. ATM I'm using one PSU and the 560. no sysem freezes or folding crashes so far.

Well I ordered one so when you get your stuff together let me know you can come grab it to do a review!

Lately I have had time for nothing. I still have two computers to get together. Soon I will try.

From the looks of it, this is just a relay, powered by the molex, shorting the required pins on your second psu. (I actually made the same thing with discrete parts.) 20$ sounds like a lot for what it is, but on the other hand it's a compact ready to use package. Might be ideal for people nog wanting to fiddle themselves.

I will let you know when I get it what all is on the board. But I think it has protection built in so if your first PSU blows or overvolts it cant effect the second PSU. But that's just what I got from the pics I have seen.
