Got it. It works. Don't have much need for it but it is cool!

Had to tweak the firewall for it to work, but got it eventually. Enough to participate in the competition. Don't think I'll use it for more than this, even though I do use Afterburner on my PC (because it's the only easy tool I found for tweaking card voltage).
