According to DigiTimes, Intel may delay the launch of next generation Ivy Bridge platform by a quarter due to weak PC demand. Originally scheduled to be appearing at the end 2011, now it is delayed to March of 2012 with notebook models with the new platform appearing in the channels in April. Intel has traditionally followed a tick-and-tockhttp://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/NewsAtBjorn3dcom/~4/zXOhErFogII

I'm pretty sure the original release was spring 2012 and they moved it forward. With this news it is just staying what it originally was.

PP, it was suppose to be late Q4 or early Q1, like around CES time.. as far as I know. So it actually got pushed back, but I might be wrong.

The wiki always had it as march 2012 eta. Besides it's only a die shrink so I don't see where it's such a big deal.
