Clonezilla conundrum

I used it to clone my OS drive, but the other drive wont boot. I can see all the files, bootmgr, etc. It looks identical to my primary, so what went wrong?

drop to command and run the mbr repair diskpart i think.

Also, you might want to check that the boot partition is set active. That has bitten me a time or two.

I used Acronis to clone it again and switched it out physicaly to make it boot. it then told me it wasn't genuine. so I looked into it and found out thatwhen Win 7 labels a drive it does it on the drive. so that if you move drive d to a different SATA port it stays drive d/. so i had to find an app to swap the drive leters. i used Paragon Rescue Kit 11 Free Edition.
