Some times we have problems with a service or product that requires us to email a rep to sort it out. None of us think that they are only going to tell us what we want to hear, but we do expect a certain level of professional conduct. I am glad that Paul guy got what he did. He was wrong from the start! Don't be an ass to your customers! Duh...
