Just like it says I need help picking a printer for my office. Looking for a Color Multi-function.(Print, Copy, Scan, Fax). I have the HP 8500Premier and it is dying on me after 2 years of service. Kinda expected more from it. I would like to know if there is a better multi function than the HP8600 Pro that is out. Please help I am not a printer expert. BTW don't want to buy ink cartridges ever week either.

If you find one that does not suck the ink, let me know. I settled on a MF 4350d lazer printer for B/W and a 5 year old Photo Stylus R200 for color. I can get super cheap knock-off ink from Amazon for the R200 and the toner for the Canon is not too expensive.

Sorry, no help.

It was a little help. My HP 8500 Premier was not that bad on ink. Anyone used the Epson Multi's?

Artisan 837.

I use R2880s at school and the print quality on the 837 is almost as good. Ink cartridges are like $10 each and it won't lie to you and say a cartridge is empty when it isn't

It only takes a couple seconds to print a 4-6 and normal b&w sheets shoot out as fast as you can blink.
