this is my ASUS M3N-ht deluxe M/B it didn't look like this when installed. Every thing seems to be working tho' the black SATA ports may not be (gotta check them) the Chassis fan headers never did work. (refurb board, I could live without them for the $ saving) I am concerned that this may still be functioning and getting ready to crap out. which, depending on what it does, may put me dead in the water.
I can supply a higher rez version of both pics.

no it's a small black rectangle above the cap with the white burnt spot.if you look where the SATA ports are listed on the PCB you will see that the SATA3 is "dimmer" this was unreadable till I wiped the soot (or whatever) off it.

I'm no engineering expert but looks like a blown out relay or transistor. You should probably RMA that.

Sent a message to ASUS support alog with the best pics of it I have. not resized. I am waiting to hear from them. ( up to 48 hrs )
