Well my wife lost her job this Friday. Since she made twice as much as I did I most cut all expenses ASAP. So for now Folding@Home for me is gone.
Please give a pray out to use if you can.
Thank you
Scott

Sorry to hear that Scott but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Hopefully something will come along for your wife!

"This too shall pass." it will all work out in the end. hope everything else is going better for ya.
My main rig is offline ATM due to a pitbull mix but it will be folding again soon. If everything else goes according to plan, I'll have a couple rigs up by summers end. with luck some of those that satred up again recently can hold the fort for a bit. Right now i'm stuck with the old laptop for everything, and it can't fold worth a tinkersdamn.

I hope so. She is a Pharmacist in our small town, she worked for Rite-Aid and they are not happy with her not wanting to sell the morning after pill. They could not get her for that because that would be a law suit. But they got her for something one of the techs did.
I have been sending out her resume online and she is talking to an independent pharmacy right now about working as a relief pharmacist. The owner of that pharmacy is trying to put together a plan to her working at a couple of phamacies as a relief pharmacist so she can get 40 hours a week.
She is at that meeting now and will see what happens when she gets home. Hopefully she could get that going and I could use a allot more computers going down to up my business so we can survive. We pray something gets going so we do not lose our home.
I wish you a lot of luck. Do lack of updates mean the meeting didn't go well? Or was it the other way round?
If things go bad I'm sure everyone here will try to help. We'll go house to house and destroy PC's just so you have work. :)

Well he came with an offer yesterday. It would be a 50K a year cut in pay plus we have to pay our own insurance. I am going to talk to her today to talk to him and be honest and say she would take it since we need income but she would still be looking since it is such a huge cut for us. See if he would understand and do that.

The cut in pay/paying your own insurance would suck but she would at least still be working.
