Anyone got a Freecom NAS 1,5TB here?

I won it in a contest.....and it's my first NAS! Great storage...but only an eth connection (that's why I need a faster router, lol). Anyway I faced this problem....in the nas firmware there is an option to download files through an integrated bittorrent client in it. But it...simply doesn't works! I have the same problem found in this review:

I asked their support...but yesterday i received a request to do an RMA...lol. Too kind...but it's a firmware problem...and the nas is working correctly...I won't send it only for this little problem!
If anyone made this nas download a torrent, tell me how you did! :)
