AMD will end their FM1 line in the first quarter of 2013 as the more efficient FM2 APUs get more attention. AMD's plan is to sell out the remaining FM1 products as they continue on with the Trinity FM2.

I hope they settle on FM2 for a while. I'd hate to see a new socket every generation. I think that AMD's motherboard compatibility is normally one of its strengths, so I don't like that they deviate from this for the APU's.

My A6-3670 workstation at work is pretty awesome. They have been pretty good CPUs.
