It's very useful for spyware removal without rebooting Windows. If you're comfortable with using nLite to create customized Windows 2000/XP/2003 CDs, you can use it to integrate the addons at RyanVMs site (http://ryanvm.msfn.org/). Basically you integrate the add-ons as a hotfix during the nlite process. Here are a few of my favorite add-ons (these are for Windows XP only, but may work on Windows 2003 Server):

7-zip (http://ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=985)
CCleaner (http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=773)
Memtest from within Windows (http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1063)
RAID 5 enabler for Windows XP Disk Management (http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=713)
Unlocker (http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=516)

When you install these add-ons with nlite, they become part of your Windows installation automatically.

Wow, liqnit, this has got to be one of the BEST hacks that SHOULD HAVE been integrated into the original O/S

The first this happened to me I had no idea why Windows wouldn't allow me to delete a certain file/folder at one time, and then allow me to delete said file/folder merely a few clicks later... WTF?!

I will DEFINITELY put this program to good use, thanks! :D
