FSAA + HDR = not possible?

Having recently upgraded from a Geforce 4 Ti 4200 to a Geforce 6800 GT, I have quite a few doubts regarding the latest Dx9 features.

If I understand correctly, in the vast majority games (with the exception of HL2 and CS:S), using HDR together with FSAA is not possible. Am I correct? Is there no workaround for this?

NVIDIA does not support FSAA together with HDR. I'm not aware if they plan on doing it in the future with an driver-update or not.

ATI however fully supports it in the X1000 series of cards.

Yeah, it's too bad NVIDIA doesn't support it. That's one of the disadvantages (if not the only one, :wink: ) of the latest NVIDIA Video Cards of the latest ATI X1000 series of Video Cards.
