Some Samsung Electronics employees managed to steal up to 260M USD worth of technologie to start their own facility in China.
The ex employees had a plan to steal secret documents to make color filters used in Samsung's LCD monitors.
They then had the idea of hiring other employees from Samsung to work at their new facility in China.
Korea's National Intelligence Service foiled the plan when ex-employees attempted to bring several key researchers into the plot.
Samsung just announced its intention to open up a second 7G facility in Korea.
