Whast settings are you running at? 1024*768? Max detail? What drivers are you using?

Nvidia Drivers: 81.98

and everything is either turned off or low

if i remember right i got about 11k on 3Dmark 03

What kind of FPS are you getting with other games? Sounds like you aren't having problems really. I get 10K with my A64 3000+ and BFG 6800OC with nothing overclocked.
