Well this is a personal survay but I think that it would be interesting to most people who read our site, to see what type of systems others are using, and what they are used for.

So here goes...

1) What games do you play?

2) What resolution do you play in?

3) Do you usually use AA Texture Filtering? if so at what lvl? (why?)

4) Do you usually use Anti-Aliasing and if so at what lvl? (why?)

5) What do you wish that your video card did, that it does not do? ( and why?)

6) What kind of Video card do you have? (what Brand?)

7) CPU Speed= (In Ghz?)

8 ) What type of, and how much memory do you have Installed right now? (not brand type and configuration)

9) Any Comments about your system?

10) (I needed one more question): are you M of F ? And does your significant other game to?

1) I play Counter Strike Source, Farcry, WoW on and off UT2004, FEAR, all pretty religiously.

2) 1280x1024 (highest monitor goes damn LCD)

3) Yeah I use AA 8x, cuz my vid card can handle it,and it looks smoother

4) Same answer yeah I use its But 16x, once again card can handle it and it looks smoother

5)I am very satisfied with my video card it does everything I want it can eyecandy games and still get incredible FPS

8)I have 2gigs dual channel (2x1024) DDR 400 that apparently OC's really well but i dont know how to OC mem lol but once i do it will be higher

9) I like my system a lot it does what i want I can't wait until graphics have reached their limit and there needs to be no senseless upgrades to my gaming beast but meh as is life.

10) I am M and no my F does not game but I only say that cuz The Sims isnt a game

Well I guess I should take my own survey.

1) Wolfenstein ET, Project Entropia, Far Cry on occasion,Age of empires 2 Diablo. All in rotating shifts.

2)1600X1200 for wolf all the rest 1280X1024. My Monitor is capable of 2048X1536 @ 75Mhz but My Video card limits me greatly.

3) AA Yes, 16X in wolf, in most other games No more then 4X.

4) Anti What, I could call it anti frame rate with my card when it is turned on, so No, No smooth vision for me.

5) O god where do I begin?

6) ATI Radion 8500 64MB DDR.

7) 2.5GHz - 2.6GHz from 2.4GHz

8) 4X 256 DDR 3200 Dual Channel.

9) I need a new video card.

10) The wife hates gaming herself, She plays nothing, If I did get her to play anything at all once a year, she would probably play Tetris. lol.

1) UT04 Finished FEAR and DOOM and got tired of them.

2) 1280X1024, max for my LCD

3) Max for best eye candy

4) Same as above

5) Pretty much happy with it so far, maybe more memory in the future.

1) Far Cry, Ultimate Spiderman, KOTOR I & II, F1 99-02 with emac 2005 update, COD 2.

2)1024*768

3)It depends a lot of the game, for older games, 8-16x, for nowadays ones 4x, the newest ones without AF, my card can´t handle it.

4)I usually use NoAA-2AA, depending on the game, if I see my fps going below 30, I quit AA.

5)Dx10 compliant and better video quality, it makes my card compatible with future games and with better video quality I could see films in my 19inch monitor

6)Sapphire radeon 9500pro 128MB

7)AMD Athlon XP 3000+ (21xxMhz@2300)

8)DDR400-->1GB

9)I need a new videocard, it´s slow in new games, it´s the only thing that I would change.
