One thing that must be considered here is that this is not the first person to purpose extracting "vacume energy", as Tesla and others have noted at various times. The basic concept does not even violate the Conservation of Energy as we know it!

Here is how:

The CoE states that a device can not produce energy that is greater then the input source to the device. What is not stated, but only implied by a lack of mention, is that this law only applies to "3-space", or the visible dimentions. "4-space" adds time as a factor. Time is a physical dimention as Einstine proved, so energy only has to be conserved in 4-space, leaving 3-space to "observe" a net energy gain, as the 4th dimention is not "visible", we do not detect that actually the energy added to our 3-space is actually flowing from the 4th dimention, thus providing the illusion of "Free-Energy". It is not free, only the source is "hidden", so we think the law only affects what we see, but actually it affects the entire 11 dimentions of the universe! Thus the only obstical is to build a machine to "breach" the divide between 3-space and 4-space, which the "N-Machine" does as do other similar devices.
