a new version for google desktop which integrate searches in your pc to searches on the net
improvemnts:

Searches across multiple computers
Send Sidebar items to friends
Deeper customization of Sidebar features
Password-protected search.

I use ver. 2 at work, works great. I think much better that M$'s.

better the Microsoft but sill uses too much computer resource for my liking

This scares me. I don't see why Google is any less evil thank Microsoft. They're both companies out to make a buck. Federal laws about privacy over the internet are sketchy at best, why would anyone want a major company to have that much information about what's on their hard drive? [/url]

I totally agree with you, Frank.

It baffles me why people don't trust MS farther than they can throw them, but Google is the trustworthy saint cuz they weren't a profit-center for so long.... Well, wake up people! It's all about the money for all these companies, regardless if it looks like it or not.

None of them really care about us and our privacy more than their dinero.

Exactly, even more so since it's now a publicly traded company. When you have shareholders, you must produce profit.

i too think that people are looking at google as some kind of knight that battel all the big comapnies but they are a big company and here to make a profit and letting my private files be online to be accessed
is not waht i am willing to do.
