Rome: Total War Gold Edition is out.

This package includes both Rome: Total War and its Barbarian Invasion expansion for $39.95, great price for such a delight!

If you haven't tried that one, you just must do it.
Now that the price is down, I highly recommend it, for the genre lovers.

This is a very good and addictive game, I do not know how many hours I sat and played it. I have to stop playing it every now and then or that would be all I would do in a day.

I can wait for the Total War Medieval 2 that is coming out. They are supposed to have something like over 10,000 troops on the screen at a time.

Just to think of the total hours spent in front of the screen, amazing.
There's nothing like seeing thousands of warriors dying for you, you just got to love it.

I'll have to quit my job when Medieval 2 will be out ;)

I would like to see them up the series into the revolutionary war and the civil war. Both of those would work well with their style of play I think.

I must agree.
These wars really fit the profile for a quality Total War game.
You never know, maybe someone at Sega will read this thread and we'll be surprised :D
