An upgrade of the motherboard is considered to result in a “new personal computer” to which Microsoft�® OEM operating system software cannot be transferred from another computer. microsoft chnage their License agreement to say that if you change MB
then it's like a whole new computer!!!
microsoft says it must rely on base component inside the computer to be sure it is installed on only one computer....
