Time for posting is short

Some hours ago, I have tried to reply twice to a thread but I couldn´t because the reply was a bit long and when I pressed the submit button, the login page appeared. At the end I got angry and I left.
Any way to solve it?

I've never had a session time out for me at this site. (I didn't know it could)

To help me understand better, you were logged in to the site, started to respond to a post, took a while to do it, and when you clicked on the submit button on your reply the site took you to the page that asks you to login to the forums?

Exactly, I´m using Internet explorer 6 (I think that is the version I have)

When did it happen? I know they had a few server problems over the last couple of days, you could have just caught it at a bad time and they had rebooted the server forcing you to re-authenticate yourself.

That's happenning to me over at my site a lot today, someone linked one of our commentaries on Slashdot.... :roll:

It happened on Wednesday morning, the day before we couldn´t get into bjorn3d, maybe I got it bad time but it happened three times, the last one, fortunately I copied the text and then I pasted it again and it worked
