Monitor flashing??

Is it possible to flash a 19" LCD monitor so it can support 1600x1200, or am I just dreaming cuz if this is possible I would love to instantly void my warranty, and do so.

No. The panel is made to handle a max resolution and I've never seen a panel that can do higher than 1280x1024.

Yeah, I'm sorry I meant 19" panel that can go higher than 12x10.

Save up $450 and you can have a 20" one..a Dell at least. :)

lol, Flash your monitor, that would be sweet. : )

Mine hits 2048X1536. And still hit @ 75 HTz I believe.
Prices are down on CRT's and they look way better then LCD's anyways.

I just wish I could game in that rez. : (
