Fixing Connection Errors

Well we think we found the problem with the connection errors to the database. Some tweaking has been done on the Apache side of things and an upgrade on SQL has been done.

Hey at least the problems are do to increased traffic to the site. That is always a good thing as long as we can get it fixed.
