So where do I comment specific articles?

I've gotten used to the system at Elite Bastards where each article, review and preview automatically starts a new thread in the forums. Now I wanted to comment on your 7800 GS article but the "discuss this article on the forums" link just brought me to the forum index.

I'm confused, where's the thread? Did I just not spot or does it not exist and I'm supposed to just make one?
