So lets assume I got no skills...and only the most basic of tools...what would be the best way to touch up some small scratches on my black case? I was thinking about those paint touch-up pens they sell for cars, but I'm not sure if there would be ne problems with that.

well on my TJ05 it's a 1 inch long line...like someone took their keys and scratched it...so I guess marker is fine for that...on my Antec Sonata though, I have a lot of hair-thin scratches and I think if I used a black marker for those...it'll stand out a lot.

Are you being serious? lol.

I would reccommend Using something black.

Also if you keep the lights off in the room perminantly you will save on electricity and no one will ever know b/c they cant see it.

Or Scratch off all the black crap, It might look cool.

lol.sorry. Ya I would try the marker.

lol...ask a stupid question...

just never occured to me it'd be that simple...I thought I'd have to worry about matching shades of black lol which is why I mentioned the paint touch-up pens they sell for cars. ....oh well...now I know better . :D

well sadly the marker idea didn't work....just end up with a slightly less visible steel-coloured line...so what's the next best option?

Black modelling paint or fingernail polish.

will any black modelling paint do? or will some look flat compared to the rest of the case?

Get one to match, that's why I recomended modelling paint. They have a huge variety of blacks to choose from.

Glossy, flat, satin; you name it. What kind of finish does your case have now?

glossy...it's just the kind of black u'd find on an Antec Sonata, or TJ-05
