I don't know how you all spent your Saturday evening, but I spent the better part of mind riding out thunder storms. hail, flash flooding, high winds and a few tornados.................... :shock:
I did get to surf the net via my sat link and powered by generator down in the basement inbetween trying to keep water from filling it back up. But other and a few wet items in the basement and a washed out driveway, we made it through it all. That's more than I can say for a lot of people in the next town over that got nailed bad. Now just to wait and see what the next few days bring till the winds die down.

I used to live in Kansas and remember some pretty bad days. We have not had it bad down here yet, but we have only been here since October.

We had another pretty bad night again last night, the rainds weren't as bad, but the worst winds so far. There were lots of tornados around the area, but they all missed us again. The last one that hit where I live was 2 years ago and it passed about 200yards from my house.............. :shock: Looks like it's all over for now, they are predicting fair weather for the next few days until the next front comes through.
