Electronics Arts has announced it will complete the acquisition of video game maker Digital Illusions CE (DICE). Electronic Arts currently owns a 68 percent share in the Swedish company that developed the popular Battlefield line of video games. The deal will have to receive two-thirds approval at DICE's shareholders meeting, which will occur in late May. Assuming that the shareholders agree to the deal, it will officially be completed in September. "
