Videocard I won in March Forum Contest

I don't know, if it is right forum for this topic, but I have one problem with that videocard I won. Today I got a letter from Estonian Post and there was said I need to pay taxes for my video card, before I can get it from local post office. Trouble is I need document, which claims were I bought it and how much I payed for it. I told to Estonian Post that I won it from Bjorn3D Forum Contest, but they don't care at all, they still want the stupid document or they will send it back to TAIWAN. Estonian laws are so un-friendly to contests, like this forum contest. I don't know what to do now, I want that card very much. Maybe it will help, if you send me bill for PowerColor X800 GTO videocard, like 0.01$, so those bureaucrats in Estonia would be happy. Help me please!

I hope you can help me, I'll send link of this contest to Estonian Post, maybe it will help me, too, but please try to send me that invoice (but not the real price, taxes would be too big then :( ).

Or you could have it sent to a Bjorn3d staff member and then have them charge you the cost of shipping and say that that is what you paid for the card.

Thats a strange law, but I have never been in that situation before, I always get screwed with duty @ the border when mailing things! Probably be about $30 USD for fairly quick service.

Good to hear that, Estonian Post keeps my video card max 30 days and then they will send it back or destroy it :evil: - Estonian laws are very crazy and all computer parts pay min 25% to 50% more in here than USA, but it to difficult to buy something from USA, because taxes are very high, 18% of the parts value to Estonian Republic + toll taxes.

I had much trouble with my computer for a long time, mostly with motherboard, now I finally got everything fixed. I'm back! And I got this videocard from PowerColor, everything went fine. I will post pictures of my new videocard soon and keep you all updated.
