Well theres a lot of talk about having a digital LCD monitor compared to analog ones, heres a topid to clarify the real difference, trust me theres not much difference other than minor color clarification or unless you owned a really crappy video card before buying one with DVI...

although after a year or so digital will become much better than analog for the time being dont bother buying a digital monitor or digital video card unless you already have them.
