Mushkin is following suit of OCZ and now will manufacture PSU.
While I had my concerns about the modular design beyond those covered in this article, modular PSU’s seemed destined as mid-line budget models for many companies. The XP-650 may be one of just a handful of high-performance PSU's which also incorporate a modular cable system. This PSU performed very well and has been a pleasure to work with to the extent it remains in my AMD rig replacing an OCZ 420W PowerStream. I can't think of a better compliment then to use what we test in our personal systems. I would recommend this PSU at around $150 and if it can be put on the market for less it's a bargain, if it were a few dollars more it's still a solid value. No price has been given at the time of writing. I would like to thank John and Lee at Mushkin for this "first look."
