Well there you have it. Intel Pentium D 805 vs. 630 overclocked gaming performance and the question remains, which should you go for? Well honestly, neither if you are gaming, as the AMD Athlon64 3000+ is going to offer better performance anyway and it costs just $110 US. However, if you are limited to the LGA775 platform and the choice between either the Pentium 4 630 or the Pentium D 805 has to be made, I would probably go for the Pentium D 805 despite it being slightly slower.
